CRTO Application for Registration

To practise Respiratory Therapy in Ontario, you must be registered with the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario (CRTO). To apply for registration, complete and submit this application form. As part of your application you will be required to submit the $75.00 application fee. Only online credit card payments are acceptable. ALL sections of this form must be completed and all supporting documentation must be received by the CRTO before your application can be processed.
